Having something “on” a Manchester City game can making watching the matches that little bit more exciting. Even if it is a friendly wager for something of low value, it will keep you interested even in those dull Carling Cup fixtures. There is no doubt that sports betting is not only hugely popular here in England, but it is worldwide as well. In the UK online betting is perfectly legal, but you will need to check with your own countries law’s if you live elsewhere.

There are many illegal sports betting sources in most American cities, and they are often tainted with the image of the bookie and the big collector resorting to violence to settle debts. Online football betting of course doesn’t have these issues. Similar to online poker sites, you can create an account with your credit card or sometimes PayPal, place your bets and collect your rewards, all from your computer.

Visit Bwin on www.bwin.com for more odds on the Premier League.

Sometime back the forms of the players of the Manchester city football club might have come under fire. As of now there is a change and the recent forms of the players of the Manchester city football club have been incredible. They are very good at scoring goals.

The Manchester City Football Club has won the latest six home games that they have played. They have players like Richard Dunne, Michael Jonson, Micah and Robinho. All the players have come together as a team, which has resulted in the team experiencing some wins. The Manchester City Football Club is looking forward to reclaiming all its lost glory and is steadily working towards it with the help of their coach Hughes.

The players of the Manchester City Football Club are in excellent form and they are playing the game as a team and not as individuals, as only a team can win and not the individuals. They have really gotten together to play as a great team and are playing some great football too. They are becoming adept at scoring goals. At present they are occupying the tenth position in the premier league. They have played thirty games and have earned thirty eight points. And with the steady increase in the form of the players and their coming together as a team the blues could easily score more and progress in the premier league in the following season and reclaim the lost glory. Just wait and watch this team score goals like never before.

Robinho is a Brazilian football player par excellence. He was born on 25 January 1984 in Sao Vecente in Sao Paulo. He is popularly known as Robinho, but his actual name is Robson de Souza. He is a Brazilian player who has played in the English Premier club Manchester City, and also for the Brazilian national team.

At the young age of 17 he was lucky enough to sign his first contract with Santos in Brazil. After that there was no looking back for him. He went ahead to sign 24 more contracts. His form is so superb that many have paid attention to him in the European clubs. However, this was not to continue when his mother was kidnapped by armed gunman and released later unharmed after a huge ransom was extracted from the family. This affected Robinho badly, and he managed only four goals in eight league games. Finally in July 2005 he signed a deal with Spanish giants Real Madrid, which was a contract that was quite lucrative.

His career graph reached a zenith when he signed a contract with the Premier League in September 2008. Robinho had to move to Manchester City with wages that he had never dreamt of. He has braved many an allegation in his career but has come out unscathed due to the support of his fans.

MANCManchester City Football Club is an English professional football club based in Manchester since 1880. Being a member of English Premier League, it was in 1894 they choose to play as Manchester City FC, before which they had their names changed twice. They have had a victorious history.

Though they have not won any honours since 1976, they started to regain their top-flight status in the 1990s. They used sky blue and white as their home colours but wore brown or red and black as their traditional away. Their current club crest was adopted in 1997, which consists of a shield in front of a golden eagle. The Manchester ship canal had been represented in the upper half of the shield and the city’s three rivers as diagonal stripes in the lower half. The club had a well-equipped managing team who bear credits to their victory. They have had notable managers working with who have won at least a major trophy with Manchester city.

It has large fan base of 886,000 in the United Kingdom and an additional of 2 million fans worldwide. Their fan’s choice of song was “Blue Moon”, which they considered it to be a heroic anthem. Owned by Manchester City Limited, the club has an approximate of 54 million shares. Most of their games played at City of Manchester Stadium their foremost rivalry were Manchester United. It’s always edge of the seat action when it comes to these teams playing.
