MANCManchester City Football Club is an English professional football club based in Manchester since 1880. Being a member of English Premier League, it was in 1894 they choose to play as Manchester City FC, before which they had their names changed twice. They have had a victorious history.

Though they have not won any honours since 1976, they started to regain their top-flight status in the 1990s. They used sky blue and white as their home colours but wore brown or red and black as their traditional away. Their current club crest was adopted in 1997, which consists of a shield in front of a golden eagle. The Manchester ship canal had been represented in the upper half of the shield and the city’s three rivers as diagonal stripes in the lower half. The club had a well-equipped managing team who bear credits to their victory. They have had notable managers working with who have won at least a major trophy with Manchester city.

It has large fan base of 886,000 in the United Kingdom and an additional of 2 million fans worldwide. Their fan’s choice of song was “Blue Moon”, which they considered it to be a heroic anthem. Owned by Manchester City Limited, the club has an approximate of 54 million shares. Most of their games played at City of Manchester Stadium their foremost rivalry were Manchester United.
